There is no list behind that field yet, so nothing was stored and nothing was sent. When the letter starts, this page will say so and the form will work.
Until then, the updates feed carries the same thing in a different shape: every block that changed, with its date and what changed about it. The gaps index is where the rest of the news is — a gap opening or closing is the only kind of news this site has.
